The Fair features artists from all over the Big Island of Hawaii with a focus on those more central to the Kohala, Waimea, and Hāmākua Coast regions. These regions of the Big Island are incredibly diverse and are home to beautiful destinations such as Hawi, Pololū and Waipiʻo Valleys, ʻAkaka Falls, the town of Waimea and more!
ECLECTIC
No matter where they are from, we try to curate a broad and eclectic set of participating artists. Given the geographic and cultural diversity of the regions, we think most visitors to the Fair will find something that appeals to their artistic sense.
COMMUNITY
The combined artist-patron community is important to us and we try to sponsor special events during the Fairs such as the morning “Mimosa Mingle” and the closing party to foster these relationships.

I’m fortunate to have The Big Island Art Fair close by my home and always look forward to walking over to meet the artists and check out their work. We are blessed to have so many talented artists in the area and their creativity is so amazing and diverse. I highly recommend checking it out for yourself.

I lOVE the Big Island Art Fair! Not only is the art wonderful, but it’s such a great opportunity to connect, meet interesting people, and talk with the artists. Plus, who doesn’t love pupus and a chance to win valuable prizes? We go every time.

I went to the Big Island Art Fair as part of a great “girls out” day! Not only did we enjoy looking at all the amazing art, we got to make some of our own! We participated in silk scarf making with Kathy (of A Silk Experience). Wow! What a treat! We will definitely be back!🙌😊 .

It’s so much fun to attend the Big Island Art Fair classes and be able to put your hands on the materials and learn something brand new. I also enjoy meeting each artist and appreciating their art ‘up close’ and in a very personal setting. Of course the champagne, food and prizes is the icing on the cake! I forgot to say that the teachers of the classes are highly accomplished artists and I’m so thankful that they give their time to teach us and that Anna’s Ranch provides the place!
